Directions: 

Ages 13+: Take one 4g (1.5 metric tsp) serving daily mixed with water or any cold drink of your choice with or between meals. Ages 5-12: Take one 2g serving daily mixed with water or any cold drink of choice with or between meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.  

Contraindications:

Take this product away from medication by at least 2 hours. Not recommended during breastfeeding due to the natural supply of myo-inositol in breast milk. Note: Safe and recommended for those with an underactive thyroid. For those on anti diabetic medications, start with a half dose and monitor blood sugar levels as they increase to a full dose.
