Each capsule contains:

  • Curcuma longa L. (turmeric) 250mg
  • (rhizome, BCM-95™ turmeric 25:1 extract standardised to contain 95 % curcuminoids with Ar-Turmerone and providing 6,25 g of dried herb equivalent)
  • Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr. (boswellia) 250mg
  • (resin, AKBAMAX™ boswellia 10:1 extract standardised to contain 45 % boswellic acids of which 10 % is AKBA and providing 2,5 g of dried herb equivalent)
  • Zingiber officinale (ginger) 100mg
  • (rhizome, 8:1 extract standardised to contain 5 % gingerol and providing 800 mg of dried herb equivalent)

Dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years: For the first week, take 2 to 4 capsules per day with food in divided doses. Thereafter, take 1 capsule twice daily with food as needed or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
