Zingiber officinale (Ginger), dry rhizome extract 100 mg
Derived from dry rhizome 500 mg
Matricaria chamomilla (German chamomile), dry flower extract 83 mg
Derived from dry flower 500 mg
Frangula purshiana (Cascara/Rhamnus), dry stem bark extract 100 mg
Derived from dry stem bark 400 mg
Cinnamomum cassia (Cinnamon), dry stem bark extract 31 mg
Derived from dry stem bark 375 mg
Rheum officinale (Rhubarb), dry root extract 25 mg
Derived from dry root 250 mg

Directions

Adults: As a laxative to assist in the relief of constipation: Take 2 capsules twice daily. To produce more regular bowel movements: Take 1 capsule daily. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
