Blend: Mix 30g (2 ½ Tbsp) into your go-to smoothie or coffee.
Bake: Whip up protein-packed cookies, bliss balls, or even pancakes for a nutritious twist on your favourite baked treats.
Shake: Add 30g (2 ½ Tbsp) into shaker with water and/or your milk of choice. Shake well. Shake again for good luck.
Sip: Add 30g (2 ½ Tbsp) into 300mL of hot water and/or milk of choice. Mix together and sip.
