Dose:

Adult Dose: Hold vertical, take 1 drop daily with food, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Children\'s Dose (for supporting vitamin D levels): Take 1 drop daily with food, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
