Directions of use: 

Party Pooper is a chocolate-flavoured powder that can be easily mixed into your child\\\'s daily routine. Simply stir into 250mL of hot or cold milk (or milk alternative), blend into smoothies, or mix into foods like porridge or yoghurt.
  • 2-6 years: 3 level teaspoons, once daily
  • 6-8 years: 4 level teaspoons, once daily
  • 8-16+ years: 5 level teaspoons, once daily
 

Warnings:

Do not take powder alone. Mix with food or fluid. Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you or your child is taking medication, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding - seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Start with a small amount and increase gradually to recommended serve if sensitive to fibre.
