Bake: Whip up protein-packed cookies, bliss balls, or even pancakes. Shake: Add 30g (2 ½ Tbsp) into your shaker with 300mL water or milk of choice. Shake well. Sip: Add 30g (2 ½ Tbsp) into 300mL of hot water or milk of choice. Whizz together with a mixer. Tastes like a hot chocolate!
