Directions:

  • Take 3 x capsules with food daily, we recommend 2x at breakfast & 1x at lunch. You can take all 3x capsules together if desired
  • To ensure maximum absorption, we recommend that you take Mum’s One away from beverages such as coffee, tea or alcohol.
  • Take 2 hours before or 2 hours after any prescription medication.
  • An additional folate supplement is also recommended to reach the recommended 800 mcg.

Consult with your healthcare professional before using this product if:

  • You are on thyroid medication
  • Using blood thinning drugs such as warfarin
  • If you anticipate surgery
